Giving Tuesday is just around the corner

On November 29, 2022, people all around the world will come together to give back. Will you be one of them? Flower Feline Sanctuary will be participating in GivingTuesday and you can be a part of this celebration of generosity! It's a great time to recognize all the important work that non-profits in your community do.

Because our organization has no paid staff, all donations go to purchasing cat food, medications, and litter, and paying for veterinary care. This year Lottie had surgery for a basal cell tumor. Thankfully she is healing well. Foster kitten Keaton has an upcoming surgery for what is hopefully a simple polyp in his throat. FFS alum Sophie was returned to us with terrible digestive issues. We are trying alternative protein diets and utilizing services from a company called Animal Biome, which analyzes the gut flora and sells products designed to correct imbalances. This isn't an inexpensive approach but we've ruled out the more obvious causes and many allopathic approaches have not helped Sophie. We are committed to giving Sophie has best life and achieving her optimal wellness.
